Talk to Charlene at the Cyseal Town Hall

Walkthrough

• Talk to Charlene inside the Cyseal Town Hall and ask her about her brother Tom to start the quest
• Go to the Rank Tunnel (Northern Cave) which can be found norhteast of the city. See map and screenshot below for help finding cave entrance:

This is the same cave as the one from the quest Arhu's Failed Experiment

• Loot Tom's Body.
• Read Charlene's Letter
• Return to Charlene at the Town Hall
• Either tell her that her brother died, for +1 Blunt trait, or
• Lie and tell her that her brother could still be alive, for +1 Considerate trait.
