How to get[edit]
- Ifan ben-Mezd has this in his inventory from the beginning of the game. After landing at the Fort Joy Beach, the journal will note that the contract was sogged in salty water, but still intact.

- This letter is a Lone Wolf Contract with instructions for Ifan ben-Mezd.
- You are tasked with assassinating Bishop Alexandar.
- The contract also tells you to find Magister Borris in the Fort Joy Ghetto. He can aid you with your mission. You can identify yourself to Borris by using the phrase "Glechou Dumar"
