Dragonsreach

Dragonsreach is a fort located in Whiterun and is the palace of the Jarl of Whiterun, Jarl Balgruuf the Greater

Dragonsreach earned its name when the ancient Nord hero Olaf One-Eye imprisoned his foe, the great dragon Numinex, within the palace[1].
