Talk with Thoreki and tell her you want to be cured. She will direct you to a Priest. Head into the Mages Guild and find Prelate Sabinus. For a fee (around 700 gold), he will remove the curse.
Curing your Lycanthropy will now refund your skill points. Your progression for each skill is saved if you ever become infected again.
