Walkthrough/Guide[edit]
Located inside the Valano Manor southeast of Silsailen.
You need to be on the quest Teldur's End to enter it. Kill one of the soldiers outide the manor to find the Manor Key. Once inside, go up the stairs and find a corridor with three doors, take the door to the left and find the skyshard in the balcony.
