The treasure chest is located on the beach south of Heretic's Summons, beneath a large stone.

From the Quendeluun Wayshrine, go east towards the coast, then a little south
Look for the big rock with the tree on it, at the location shown on our maps
The dirt mound you need to dig in is under that rock
