Having lit the Signal Fire at the top of the Bleakrock Signal Tower, the Vestige is directed to the nearby town. There are a number of fires blazing that have been set by Daggerfall Covenant Members

Head into the town through the archway behind Tillrani Snow-Bourne. Head over to the well on the right. There can be found 3 Buckets of Water. Grab one and run for the House to the Northwest.
