Disbanding your guild in The Elder Scrolls Online
For a guild to disband, all members have to leave
Right click on your name in the roster tab and leave the guild
When all members have left, the guild will be disbanded.
Note: The guildmaster MUST be the last one to leave. If you are the guildmaster and the only member of your guild you can leave. At that point your guild will be disbanded.
