This wooden door is the entrance to the Frozen Man's Lair in Orkey's Hollow in The Elder Scrolls Online
A Projection of the Frozen Man can sometimes be seen standing in front of the door.
Note: This door is initially locked, until you advance enough in the quest "The Frozen Man"
