Follow Merric at-Aswala as he runs to the North. You can just follow him without much trouble. Just keep up with him. There is little need for you to sprint. He doesn't run that fast. Just follow him through until he brings you to a massive magma filled chamber with a forge in the middle of it. Follow him down to it.
