The treasure chest is located next to the stairs at the entrance to Rid-Thar's Solace at the northeast corner of Khenarthi's Roost

Go to the NE edge of Khenarthi's Roost, and locate Rid-Thar's Solace (appears as an eye icon on the map)
There are stairs leading to the building. Next to the stairs are statues. Facing the building, the treasure chest will be next to the statue on your left.
