Head on down the stairs to Queen Palolel who is within the rune circle. She will not react to you until you get close. This can let you get in a ranged shot first. She will immediately summon a Bone Colossus. She has a few of the Necromancer attacks but they only give her a few ranged options. Just keep on guard for her Rune circle. It will slow you down and do some good damage over time.
