Library of dusk in TESO.
Library of Dusk is a sub area, a massive room. This is meant to trap people from Nirn who wander into the Library of Dusk. Each of the alcoves is meant to contain a person for study. They are bound in there by a complex series of Spells and objectives that can bind them.
