Oru is a unique Watcher. A high-level magical enemy type in The Elder Scrolls Online.
It consists of a floating magical eyeball with tendrils extending from the top and bottom sides, and it can cast both powerful magical spells as well as attack with its pointed tendrils.
Attacks[edit]
Tendril Spear - Lashes out with the sharp point of its tendrils.
Eye beam - Emits an intense magical beam from its tendrils.
Tendril Spin - AoE: Red Zone appears around Oru. Spins, lashing out in all directions around itself.
