The Frozen Man is an NPC in The Elder Scrolls Online
It is a mage gone mad. He was part of the Aldmeri Dominion, and was sent to spy on the Bleakrock Garrison. He got trapped in Orkey's Hollow and went mad, turning anyone going into the cave to animals, objects, or ice, including Eiman (Rolunda's sister)
