The treasure chest is located on the outer wall at the Southeast side of Thibaut's Cairn

Detailed Location

From Rawl'kha take the road northwest towards Thibaut's Cairn (or you can just cut north through the fields)

The dirt mound will be outside Thibaut's Cairn, against the wall, approximately at 5 o'clock
