Sheogorath is a Daedric Prince in The Elder Scrolls Online.
This Daedric prince is potentially one of the oldest known. He delights in sowing chaos, strife and tragedy. He will have a good laugh but the same cannot be said for those who are at the other end. He also delights in making deals that are needlessly complex just for the extra burdens placed on the person.
When appearing on Nirn, he like to appear as a well-dressed elderly gentleman. He sees madness as a gentle mercy for the world.
