Stirk in TESO.
Stirk is an island. It sits of the Western coast of Cyrodiil. This is where, in the first era, the All-Flags navy was assembled. It is a neutral site. It is well outside the contested areas of Cyrodiil itself. What it represents is well respected by all factions present.
This was chosen as the meeting place between the 3 leaders of the alliances by Vanus Galerion.
