I've been talk to find Cariel outside the city of Arenthia. She is part of the Eye and should be able help me resolve the crisis in the city.

Head to the Southeast and get over toward Arenthia.
On the Southern side of the road you will see the marker over Cariel. She is between a rock and a lamp post. Just keep an eye out for her. When you find her, just approach and talk with her. She is grateful to find you and is happy to have someone of your experience to help with the troubles within the city.
