Head out of Arenthia to the Southwest past the Arenthia Wayshrine. On the Southern side of the bridge as you exit town is where you'll find Zalada. She is kneeling on the side of the road so she can sometimes be hard to spot.

Traveler! A moment, if you please. I'm an ... associate of Cariel's. Would you have a moment to assist me? My hrose started as we crossed the bridge, and I lost some important cargo over the side.
You want some help getting it back?[edit]
As you say. I have an important report to make, medicinal herbs for the Arenthian resistance, and a small scroll case to pass on to Cariel. It has some critical letters and papers inside.
The herbs and the scroll case are what you need recovered, then.[edit]
Right in one. All the good things I've heard about you must be true, eh? Zadala will go and make her report to Cariel. Follow the river, find the herbs and the case. Meet me in Dune when you've found them.
