Wretched Squalor is a sub area, a shanty town. This is found around the base of The Castle of the Worm. This town is inhabited solely by the Soul Shriven. It is patrolled by Flesh Atronachs and the Black Worm Cult.
Cadwell has made his way to this town for some reason.
