Backstory[edit]
Brother Devin is a former Jet junkie who has found peace with Atom. He is one of the few members of the Children of Atom within the Nucleus without Atom's Blessing. This means that he is hurt by excessive radiation.
He found Atom when he saw a glowing stag which commanded him to return to the Nucleus and seek peace there.
