Cannibal lets you restore health by eating corpses.
Ranks[edit]
Cannibal has 3 ranks:
- Rank 1: Feast on mortal flesh to heal your wounds! Eating human corpses restores Health. (Requires: END 8)
- Rank 2: Eating Ghoul or Super Mutant corpses restores Health. (Requires: Level 19, END 8)
- Rank 3: Eating human, Ghoul or Super Mutant corpses now restores a significant amount of health. (Requires: Level 33, END 8)

Strategy Guide/Tips[edit]
- Cannibalism means the Sole Survivor can eat the corpses of humans, super mutants and non-feral ghouls, but not of other creatures.
- Eating corpses restores HP and adds Rads.
- Most followers dislike seeing the Sole Survivor eating corpses, with only Strong actually liking it.
