- Rank 1: You've mastered the art of the deal! Buying and selling prices at vendors are better (Requires: CHR 1)
- Rank 2: Buying and selling prices at vendors are now much better. (Requires: Level 20, CHR 1)
- Rank 3: You can now invest a total of 500 caps to raise a store's buying capacity. (Requires: Level 41, CHR 1)
