Collect second Radar Beacon is a quest objective in the mission Headhunting in Fallout 4: Automatron.

Walkthrough[edit]
The first of the two additional Robobrains you need to find is just to the Northwest of Hangman's Alley and Southwest to the Wreck of the USS Riptide. Head for the marked location from either location.
When you arrive at the marked location you will find an Intergrated Robobrain with Servomech Scrapbot, an Eyebot and an Intergrated Tankbot. Take your time dealing with all of them. Focus on the Tankbot first. Be wary as they can explode when killed. This can also be used to thin out the group as well.
Once you destroy the Robobrain, you can loot it for the Radar Beacon
