You get this achievement when you hit level 10

Keep playing as normal and you will automatically get this achievement when you get to level 10.
Strategy Guide/Tips[edit]
- You should be able to get to level 10 pretty quickly.
- The "Fallout 4: Commonwealth" refers to Fallout 4's wasteland and includes Boston and surrounding areas.
- Every time you level up, you get a perk point which you can use to improve one of your S.P.E.C.I.A.L. stats, choose a new Perk, or get another rank in an existing Perk.
