With the Power Cycle 1000 Prototype build, create a small generator to power the terminal and then build the Computer Terminal you will need.
Connect the Cycle to the terminal and the terminal to the generator. Everything should be ready for Clem to get on after the parameters are set.
Go to the terminal and access the Power Cycle 1000 Prototype. You will find 4 options. You can use these to follow Barstow's instructions and using the Additional Power Production, then Accept Parameters and finally Power Cycle Experiment. This will set everything up to allow for the maximum power production from Clem. Be sure to set the terminal and generator a good distance from the cycle. Go for about the maximum the connecting wires will allow. The terminal and generator can be as close as you want.
You can engage the Sustained usage incentives as well as the Environmental Enhancer to boost Clem along. Barstow will not like it though.

Doctor Riley's team took a very different direction in their trials, despite objections. They posited that if the Power Cycle 1000 was associated with natural postive feedback that productivity would be enhanced.
Using strong aromatic essential oils (e.g. lavender and sweet orange) the Power Cycle prototype elicited a strong initial impression. A sub-audible soundtrack of gentle waves lapping on the beach were added. The power production of this experiment was a dismal failure.

The Power Cycle 1000 is already successful. Wasteful exercise turned into clean power. But I task your R&D team to reach even further. How can we further refine this product? Are there opportunities to further other goals of Vault-Tec?
