Walkthrough[edit]
Having talked with Zealot Ware, you have Ware's Brew which you will need to give to Brother Devin. He can be found just past the entry way into the Nucleus.
Talk with Brother Devin to learn about his past. Talking with him, you are given a hard charisma check. Passing it will let you give him the medicine he needs to live.
Tricking Brother Devin[edit]
Not everyone will have the needed Charisma to convince Brother Devin to give up his fast. There are a few other ways to manage this. You will need talk and fail to get the next objective. You must have 75% or more Rad damage, be wearing Child of Atom Long Rags and a Sack Hood.
Approach Brother Devin with these conditions met and he will be more receptive to what the Mainlander has to say.
