Backstory[edit]
Dr Jacob Forsythe works as a scientist in Vault l81. Upon meet the Sole Survivor he will ask them for a sample of their blood. They can give it to him for free or sell it to him for some caps. Doing this is a hidden requirement to begin the quest Hole In The Wall.
He is interested in the Vault Dwellers blood for their "Genetic isolation" from the rest of the world.
