- There is a chair in the shack overlooking a nice view of the creek. Near the chair there is a cooler as well as Food, Wine, and Cigarettes. The owner of the shack liked to relax and drink and smoke while watching the view from the chair, before he was probably killed by raiders or wasteland creatures.
- A sign outside the shack says "Restricted Area - Unauthorized Persons keep out"
