Find the Robobrain is a quest objective in the mission Headhunting in Fallout 4: Automatron.

Walkthrough[edit]
Head down the stairs which you drop in on. At the bottom, you will want to go West carefully. There is a laser tripwire. You will also see a Assaultron Totem
Turn to the North and head down the slope. There are a few Mr Handy Wreckers protecting this area with a Rust Devil protecting them. Go to the bottom of the slope and turn to the East. Head through the Security Gate there.
Inside this room you will need to fight through some more Rust Devils and a few more Mr Handy Wreckers. There is at least one Legendary Robot you will need to fight, like the Legendary Mr Handy Annihilator.
Clear out the various Rust Devils and Robots in the area. After that, head to the Eastern side. Go to the North after that and head through the room beyond it.
Head down the ramp on the other side. Go through the door you see just past the shelving.
In the large room you find yourself in you will need to head to the West. Take the stairs down, across the lower portion, and then the next set of stairs up.
On the far side you will see the Robobrain you are looking for without much trouble.
