Find the cure is a quest objective in the mission Hole in the Wall in Fallout 4.

Walkthrough[edit]
Bobby will head to the South from the Doctor's office. Follow him there and back up the stairs.
Go to the North and head down the corridor to the left of the class room. This will lead you into the Reactor room.
In the Reactor room, take the stairs down then immediately head under them. Bobby will go to a panel of the wall underneath the stairs to reveal the entrance to the Secret Vault 81.
Inside the Secret Vault 81, you will encounter a lot of bugs (Radroaches, Bloatflies etc). Head up the stairs to the West.
Turn to the East and then go through the first hole in the wall on your left.
Go straight through the room beyond it and into the corridor. In there, turn to the West and head toward the blocked doorway. You will encounter a pair ofMachine Gun Turrets on the roof of the corridor. So move into the hallway carefully.
Turn to the South at it to continue forward. Head through the door ahead on the left. Be mindful of the Protectron Watcher that is patrolling nearby this area.
In the next room, go through the hole in the wall to the West.
Exit the room you arrive in to the North. From there, go down the nearby stairs to the lower level to the West. Head into the South down the corridor there.
On the lower level, you can head to the East to find a Terminal (Novice) you can hack to access the nearby Protection. Take the stairs down then through the red corridor which is to the South.
In the red room, head to the Southeast to get through the corridor and into a wrecked part of the Secret Vault. Be very careful here because Vault 81 Lab Mole Rats start showing up in this area. If they bite you, you will get Mole Rat Disease that reduces your HP by 10. This will last until you take the Vault 81 Cure.
Go to the Southeast and take the next two ramps up to the higher level. There are a number of hidden Mole Rats here, so move forward carefully. Try to keep some distance between you and any Companion you have with you.
On the top level, turn to the East and head into the room labeled "Research". Continue to the East through the security door you need to open.
Go forward and head to the Northeast. This will lead you to a door with some downward stairs beyond to the South. A number more of the Mole Rats will emerge from the ground at the base of the ramp.
Head through the door and down the stairs.
At the base of the stairs, go to the West and turn to the South. There is a doorway there you want to go through.
In the next room, head to the West. Be careful because the cages in the rooms on either side have spots where Mole Rats will burrow out of. Press on to the West and go into the corridor in the back right part of this area.
Take the stairs up to the next level. There is a Lock Terminal that you can hack (Master difficulty). If you do not have the skills, then you want to go to the East on the side of Walkway with the cells.
Go to the far Eastern end of the hallway. In the room at the Eastern end you will encounter the Mole Rat Brood Mother. Head into the room to the North. It has a Vault 81 password you need.
Head back to the entrance of the room. Just across from where you came in is the terminal you need to access the room with the Vault 81 Cure.
The door to your right will open. Go through it and up the stairs to the East. Go to the South and into the room at the top of the stairs.
Go over to the nearby window. In it you will see Curie. Talk with her to get her to open the door of the room she is in.
Once inside, talk with Curie. She will give you the Vault 81 Cure. Be sure to look on the table nearby the door. You will find the Medicine Bobblehead.
Strategy Guide/Tips[edit]
Trying to avoid getting bitten by any Vault 81 Mole Rats. They carry a unique disease that will infect the sole survivor regardless of if it was them or their companion who was bitten.
