Follow the Overseer is a quest objective in the mission A Model Citizen in Fallout 4: Vault Tec.

Overseer Barstow will start to show the Sole Survivor around the Vault. She will come around to Julian. This Feral Ghoul will immediately attack you. Barstow will tell Julian to stop attacking. The Ghoul will not listen to Barstow. She will explain that the construction crew did not survive in the same way she did.
To this end, Barstow will ask you to go around the area and finish them off.
