The sex (gender) of your character in Fallout 4.
You choose your character's sex during Character Creation.
In Fallout 4 you can play as either a Male Character or Female Character
When creating a character, you can toggle between both male and female and customize their looks.
You will have to choose one character though as you exit the Character Creation process.
