Strategy Guide/Tips[edit]
- Taking this perk adds one point to your Intelligence stat.
- You can increase your Intelligence up to 10 using this perk.
- You start with 1 Intelligence and can assign additional point when talking to the Vault-Tec Rep and filling out your Vault-Tec Registration Form
