Investigate General Atomics Factory is a quest objective in the mission A New Threat in Fallout 4: Automatron.

Now it is time to go and investigate this lead to the General Atomics Factory.
Travel there and head inside the factory. The initial room is clear but there will be a number of robots to deal with soon.
Expect to encounter Intergrated Swarmbots and much else just a little way inside. Inside, head to the Northwest inside. There are more Robots to the North and on the level above you. Intergrated Junkbots and Servomech Eyebots can also be found in this area.
After that, you will want to continue to the West. There are a few more robots in here. In this room, go to the Northern wall and hack your way through the terminal there (Novice difficulty). Through there you will find more of the horde scavenging the area.
There are one or two on the lower level where you are. More Junkbots are on the level above you. Be wary because there is likely 1 Legendary enemy here: Legendary Quantum Swarmbot. These will explode on death so wait for that to happen before you go to loot the body. Deal with the robots in this area then continue to the North and take the stairs upwards to the next floor.
Go to the Southeast on the next floor. Turn to the East outside the room you came up into. You will find a locked room. Inside it is the Robobrain unit you are looking for. Use the terminal between the doors to open them up. The Robobrain likely has at least one other robot with it. This could be a Swarmbot but it could also be any other robot you have encountered so far.
