Waketak Station is a secondary, unmarked location. From Radiant Crest Shrine, turn to the South and start down the hill in that direction.
It is only a short distance from Radiant Crest Shrine. If you do not find it shortly, then start searching the area.
Once you are in the small camp ground, you need to search the nearby buildings. Look for the cabin with the buoys that are hanging from it. Head inside and search the area.
Inside the cabin you will find Gwyneth's Journal.
