Jun Long is a character in Fallout 4.
Jun is the husband of Marcy Long, and the father of Kyle Long.
Jun's son, Kyle, was killed (probably by Raiders), while his wife, Marcy, suffers from some sort of PTSD.
As a result, Jun suffers from severe depression.
Initially, Jun Long is found on the Third Floor of the Museum of Freedom in Concord, though after you complete the quest When Freedom Calls, Jun Long moves to Sanctuary with Preston Garvey and the rest of the Minutemen.
