Bonus[edit]
Your Lockpicking permanently increases the size of the "sweet spot".
Location[edit]
You need to get into the tunnels below the main building. Once there make your way to the Southeast and along the pipes there.
In the tunnel on the far side, follow the corridor forward to the East into the next room.
In this room room head past the brick column and turn to the Northeast. Follow the path there.
Go through to the next room. Turn to the West and take the stairs up a flight to the North. After that, go West.
Follow this to the next pipe that crosses your path. Turn to the West with it and drop down into the room below.
Go to the middle of the room. There is a wire trashcan there. Nearby it you will find the Lockpicking Bobblehead.
