Walkthrough[edit]
When you arrive, just head over to the Noodle Station. You will find Bobbi No-Nose. She is wearing a Gas Mask to conceal the fact that she is a Ghoul. Diamond City is not that friendly toward Ghouls. Take a seat next to her and listen to what she has to say.
She will explain that she's tracked down her normal Tech Guy, Mel. She explains that he was picked up a while ago and is in the jail here in Diamond City. She will tell you to take any approach you want to this, pick the pick, find the key, bribe the guard. The choice is yours.
