The Mirelurk Queen is a larger and more dangerous variation of the Mirelurk.

- The Mirelurk Queen will inflict much more radiation onto the player than the regular Mirelurk.

- Mirelurk Queens were first revealed in the E3 gameplay demo.
- The Mirelurk Queen artwork was designed by artist Jonah Lobe who also drew the Super Mutants, Molerats, Deathclaw, and Bloodbug.
