Silenced weapons do more sneak attack damage.
Ranks[edit]
Mr. Sandman has 3 ranks:
- Rank 1: As an agent of death itself, you can instantly kill a sleeping person. Your silenced weapons do an additional 15% sneak attack damage. (Requires: AGI 4)
- Rank 2: Your silenced weapons do an additional 30% sneak attack damage. (Requires: Level 17, AGI 4)
- Rank 3: Your silenced weapons do an additional 50% sneak attack damage. (Requires: Level 30, AGI 4)
