You get this achievement by becoming Overseer of Vault 88

Through the Questlines[edit]
- Save before completing these actions if you want to have Barstow as one of your settlers without having to sacrifice the trophy
Better Living Underground[edit]
Expel Barstow during the quest Better Living Underground.
Completing the Quests[edit]
Complete all the quests and then talk with Barstow at the end of Lady Luck. She will want to leave the Vault and share what she has learned with any other still functional vaults. Or she will want to leave because of dissatisfaction with the test results. Let Barstow leave the Vault.
Killing to the Top[edit]
- SAVE before attempting this method. Killing Overseer Barstow will lock you out of any remaining portions of the Vault Tec quest line.
The Sole Survivor can kill Barstow at any time to automatically become the Overseer of the Vault.
