Description[edit]
Penetrator lets you shoot enemy body parts in VATS even if they are blocked by cover.
Ranks[edit]
Penetrator has 2 ranks:
- Rank 1: There's no place to hide! In V.A.T.S you can target an enemy's body parts that are blocked by cover, with a decrease in accuracy. (Requires: PER 9)
- Rank 2: In V.A.T.S. when you target an enemy's body parts that are blocked by cover, there is no decrease in accuracy. (Requires: Level 28, PER 9)

This perk is excellent for taking out robots and turrets with a combat inhibitor, or someone in power armor, as you can aim at the power core or inhibitor while in front of them.
