Controls Heating and Air Conditioning to the house.
According to a fridge note written by Nora and posted on the Refrigerator at the Sole Survivor's House, the air conditioning has been broken a few times. Apparently, Nate kept trying to repair it himself (as evident by the open HVAC vent at the Laundry Room and the hammer nearby) but it keeps breaking, so Nora wants Nate to call the repair man so that he can fix it properly.
