Walkthrough[edit]
Head to the South to go over to the Escape Tunnel. This will lead back outside.
This will put you just outside Bunker Hill. You can either head inside and find Old Man Stockton or seek out the mailbox with the information.
The Dead Drop can be found in Monsignor Plaza. The problem here is the location has been overrun by Raiders.
