Backstory[edit]
Ricky Dalton is a contact for the Railroad. He works for them as a "Tourist". Someone who knows about them and simply works to provide recon and other information.
He has a gruff appearance. He works well with the Railroad and will aid the Sole Survivor and Deacon in what capacities he can.
