Backstory[edit]
A returning character from Fallout 3.
Sierra is obsessed with Nuka Cola Quantum. She will pester anyone she can about getting more. She subsist solely on Nuka Cola. She has come to Nuka World to find something and is somewhat tight lipped about it. She runs a small Nuka-Cola Museum in the Capital Wasteland.
