Exit out of the bumper car arena and then it is time to start exploring Nuka World itself and make your way to Fizzy Mountain and meet with Gage.

Having made it outside to Nuka World itself, you will find some of the Raider factions at play. In front of you you will find a few Raiders hassling one of their slaves. This is a good time to explore a little, but you will be getting a tour of Nuka World soon enough. To start, head to the North. The Mountain is straight North of you. You do need to go through the shopping area first though. Go to the far side of the pond in front of Fizztop Mountain.

On the farside of the pond, you will find the elevator platform which will let you get into your new residence. This will lower the elevator down for you. Get on it and then hit the button to raise it back up.

This will bring you to Fizztop Grill. You will find Porter Gage there and he will be wanting to talk with you. He will explain that Overboss Colter got contended at a point and just left off before finishing taking over the park. This led to in-fighting among the gangs and to the present situation. If you can pass a Charisma check, Gage will explain about what drives each of the gangs and how to best get them to agree to follow you. He will give a rundown and then point you toward the bosses of each gang to get them to support you.
