Your Strength has been permanently increased by 1.
Location[edit]
Mass Fusion Building - Fifth Level.
Head into the building from either entrance.
Once inside head to the staircase leading up on the left.
At the top of the stairs, turn to the North. Go up the nearby stairs and head into the next room. Take the stairs in the back left up.
Turn South from there and head out of the room you are in. Go across the walkway to the far side of the room. Go through the door to your right. Head to the East and then use the collapsed floor in that room to reach the next level.
On the next floor, you will want to face to the North and head into the next room. Go through the door in the back right of the room.
Turn to the South and head out the door there. Go up the collapsed floor there to reach the next level. Go through the door nearby you to the West.
Face to the East and take the ramp of collapsed floor nearby to ascend to the next floor.
Go to the left and look for this couch. Save before you approach this couch because there is a risk of a fatal fall here.
Jump up onto it and look behind it to find the Bobblehead sitting behind it. Move out carefully to collect it.
